1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/2 medium cucumber grated with extra moisture squeezed out
1/2 tsp salt (1/4 tsp if on low salt diet)
2 tsp vinegar
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill
Combine all ingredients mix well use blender or food processor if desired.
Cover and place in refrigeration while getting ready to assemble Gyros so the flavors can blend. Great for Gyros, and even on monster sub sandwiches in summer.
