National Soy Foods Month

National Soy Foods Month in April encourages everyone to include soy as part of their cooking all month long.

Soy is the only plant-based complete protein containing all the essential amino acids like animal proteins do. So, when replacing animal proteins in your diet, soy is an excellent choice.

In today’s grocery stores, the selection of soy products has grown, making it easier to incorporate into our daily cooking. Whether you’re looking to add soy to your baking or your main dishes, you will find something in every aisle while shopping. Soy milk, cheese and spreads to burgers, flour, and snacks, soy has come a long way.

HOW TO OBSERVE

Add a soy recipe to your menu this month.  Be sure to share and use #NationalSoyFoodsMonth on social media.
