This is my super easy cheesecake brownie recipe. There are only 2 big decisions here… Do I swirl it in or layer on top? Carmel, Strawberry, other?
That’s it the rest is super easy and really so are those options. If ever there was a reason to try silicon bakeware this is it. I’ve even mixed brownie batter laced with chocolate chips right in the pan. The biggest challenge is making sure it’s mixed in.
The newer steel frames make it easier to handle in and out of hot ovens. You can use a butter knife to cut and extract your brownies from the pan.

My favorite are with cheesecake both inside and layered on top. Swirl blueberry preseves, into top layer of cheesecake and enjoy.

Warning: These make a terrific Valentine treat using Strawberry, Raspberry, and even Blueberry, with chocolate syrup drizzled on top. For an extra festive touch add red, pink, white, sprinkes or heart shaped candies. The warning above is that they will not stay long.
