- 3 Zucchini
- 2 Yellow Squash
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Peper
- Clean squash well
- Cut in half lengthwise
- Slice into 1/3 inch thick slices
- Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil or nonstick baking mat. I like foil option so you just throw it away.
- Toss slices with butter and olive oil
- Season to taste
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
