• 3 Zucchini
  • 2 Yellow Squash
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Peper
  1. Clean squash well
  2. Cut in half lengthwise
  3. Slice into 1/3 inch thick slices
  4. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil or nonstick baking mat.  I like foil option so you just throw it away.
  5. Toss slices with butter and olive oil
  6. Season to taste
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
