As we look forward to the holiday season, Thanksgiving is coming up fast. If your cooking or not this is our Thanksgiving Menu. I learned some great tips and tricks to play host and do all the cooking. Even when getting up at 1 am for my retail job on Black Friday.
This year we’re keeping our gathering intimate, but no less delicious. 2020 has been full of challenges. As we take the time to pause, and be thankful for all our blessings some easily seen, others more obscure.
These tricks not only allowed me to conjure a great meal but time to enjoy it and our family and friends. Shhh…don’t tell my secret to great food without slaving 20 hours in the kitchen. Feel free to take the credit for this delicious holiday meal…..
I just recently celebrated my 40th birthday. After my stroke in 2013 this is a milestone. While I have not been without challenges, I am remaining both healthy, and out of hospitals for 3 years in a row.
